Whitney creates so many amazing products. Her wreaths are so beautiful, and she does an amazing job of creating ones perfect for each season. I love that she includes little surprises for her customers, and that she has so many great ideas. I am constantly inspired by all of the new things she comes up with! A couple of weeks ago, she posted a wreath she had made in the shape of a bunny. It was super creative, and perfect for the Easter season. I'm in LOVE.

Q. Hi Whitney! Thanks so much for taking the time to answer these questions. Can you tell me a little about you and your shop?
A. My shop is WLB Designs and Decor. I create Wreaths, Door Hangers, & Home Decor!
Q. Why did you decide to start your shop?
A. I love home styling and interior designs and people would always ask where I found some of my items. They were shocked to hear that I made some of them and often asked if they could get one for a friend/family member so I decided to start selling them. I love making each piece and have always been a huge crafter/DIY person so it lets me do what I love while making a bit of extra spending money!
Q. What does a typical day look like for you?
A. I work full time currently and my husband travels weekly for work so each day is totally different. I usually leave work and go home to spend some time with my dog, cook dinner, and sometime in there find some time to update my social media, work on new items, and communicate with customers.
Q. What inspires you?
A. I love sitting down and seeing a new design come to life. It is a lot of trail and error sometimes but always relaxing to me.
Q. What's one thing you want your customers to know about you?
A. I love hand making each piece to ensure that they get exactly what they want, and knowing that they are displaying my work (and purchasing using their hard earned money) is amazing!
Q. What's the best advice you've ever received?
A. If you love what you do keep doing it!
